Position Overview: As a Part-Time Designer at KATALYST group, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling materials that enhance our brand image and effectively communicate our products to customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media graphics.
- Design and maintain product labels and packaging graphics.
- Create visually appealing presentations and sales materials.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s website.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in graphic design, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing your creative skills and versatility.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Passion for design and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading fertilizer manufacturer.
